|Recommended: YesGood place to live — The management staff is friendly as are the maintenance workers- things get done in a timely manner when you ask for them. The grounds are nicely kept.
|Recommended: YesSo far, it's been great for me. — It's calm and mostly quiet. The ceilings are somewhat thin and I can hear every step the people above me make, however, they are quiet otherwise and it's a very adult environment on the property. I have not had to request anything from maintenance, so I don't know how efficient they are, but everyone else I've had to interact with has been great. My apartment is spacious and I always feel very safe here.
|Recommended: YesOverall, a pretty good place to live — I'm glad I found the Fountains. The staff is helpful, the grounds are well maintained. The apartments are in mostly good shape, and the maintenance staff is quick to respond to problems. All around, no real complaints.

|Recommended: YesWell kept apartments at an affordable price — The Fountains Apartments are a great place to live The office staff is very friendly and the maintenance staff is very quick to respond to maintenance requests. The rent is very affordable, especially for hose nice the apartments are. The community is a quiet place so there are no distractions while studying on sleeping. When you bring an issue to the attention of the office staff, they address the issue immediately. The apartments are in a great location, they are very close to a lot of shopping and restaurants as well as The Loop. Overall, The Fountains Apartments is a wonderful place to live and I would recommend it to anyone

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments with only a few hiccups — These apartments are overall very nice and great to live in. The staff is very friendly and ready to help you with all of your problems. The maintenance crew does an exquisite job of completing all request. The only complaints that I have are due to the noise created by the large amount of birds present and state of the parking lots. The parking lots should be completely redone from scratch. Other than that these are great apartments and a great place to live

People that come over always ask how much it is to live here because they like it. Honestly, it's one of the best apartments I've ever lived at.
